What does a company video cost?
Published · André Lopo
It's the first question almost everyone asks, and a fair one. There's no fixed price, because no two videos are the same. What I can do is show you exactly what the price depends on, so you know where your budget goes and where you can save.

Why there's no price list
"A company video" can mean many things. A short interview for LinkedIn, an aftermovie of a full-day event, or a series of reels for the coming months: they're all company videos, but they ask for very different amounts of work. A fixed price would always be too high for one and too low for the other.
So instead of a price list, here are the things that make the difference. If you know them, you can make choices that fit your budget.
Time on location
The biggest factor is how long I'm filming. A short interview takes a few hours, a full event or a series of videos can take one or more shoot days. Every extra location adds time for travel, setting up light and sound, and packing up again.
Travel is charged at €0.25 per kilometre. Projects abroad are possible too; then we agree the costs in the quote.
What you get delivered
A one-minute film takes less editing than a three-minute one. The number of versions matters too: a long version for your website, short cuts for social media, and the formats you need, like 16:9 for YouTube and 9:16 for Instagram and TikTok. Every extra version means extra editing time.
Concept, script and interviews
Some clients come with a clear idea, others want me to think along from the start. Developing a concept and writing a script takes time, but it also makes the shoot day faster and the result stronger. Interviews ask for extra preparation: the questions or key points, a quiet room and good sound.
Extras
Drone shots, photos from the same shoot and the raw footage all add to the price. Raw footage is available as an add-on, for example if you want to edit something yourself later.
Feedback rounds are part of the price too. Social media content includes 1 feedback round, event videos include 2. For other projects, the number is in your quote.
Getting more out of your budget
Combine video and photos in one shoot day. I'm already on location with the light set up, so you don't need a separate photoshoot.
Film several reels in one day. Once the set is ready, an extra video costs relatively little time. That makes one well-planned day much more efficient than three separate short shoots.
Plan content monthly instead of one-off. With a fixed shoot day every month, you build on what worked last month, and your channels never go quiet.
What helps me give you a clear quote
The more I know, the more precise the quote. Tell me what the video is for, who should see it and where it will be shown: on your website, on LinkedIn, on a screen at an event. Mention a date or deadline if you have one, and whether you also need photos. If you're not sure yet, that's fine too: we work it out together in the first conversation.
Always a quote on measure
Because every project is different, you always get a quote tailored to your project, ex. and incl. 21% btw. Tell me what you have in mind, and I'll show you what it takes.
