These terms apply to every quote and project with Lopo Visuals. Anything we agree in your quote comes first.
01Who I am
Lopo Visuals is Lopo Visuals (André Lopo), Rotterdam, KvK 93734573, info@lopovisuals.com.
02Quotes and prices
Every project gets a custom quote, with prices ex. and incl. 21% BTW. A quote is valid for 14 days. After that, I'm happy to check the date and send an updated one.
03Booking and payment
A 50% deposit confirms your shoot date. The rest is invoiced after delivery, with a 14-day payment term.
04Travel
I work everywhere in the Netherlands. Travel is charged at €0.25 per kilometre. For projects abroad we agree the costs in the quote.
05Feedback rounds
Social media content includes 1 feedback round, event videos include 2. For other projects, the number is in your quote. Extra rounds cost €95 ex. BTW (€114.95 incl. BTW) per video. Changes that need a new shoot aren't part of a feedback round.
06Delivery
Photos are usually delivered within 1 to 2 weeks, videos within 2 to 4 weeks. The exact timing depends on the project and is agreed in the quote.
07Using the work
You can use the final videos on all your channels, including paid ads. All music is licensed for commercial use. Raw footage is available as an add-on for an extra fee.
I only show your project in my portfolio or on social media if you say yes in the order confirmation. Even then, I wait until you've published it yourself, and I never show clients or customers who didn't give permission. You can withdraw your permission in writing at any time.
08Cancelling or moving a shoot
You can move a shoot once for free, if you let me know in writing at least 48 hours before. The deposit then counts towards the new date.
If you cancel, the deposit is not refunded. Cancelling within 7 days of the shoot costs 75% of the total, and within 48 hours or not showing up costs 100%.
If I can't make it because of illness or an emergency, I'll find a qualified replacement at no extra cost, or we plan a new date. If neither works, you get everything you paid back in full.
09Liability and law
I back up all footage straight after every shoot. My liability is limited to the amount invoiced for the project, and I'm not liable for indirect damage. These terms fall under Dutch law, and any dispute goes to the court in Rotterdam. If your order confirmation says something different from this page, the order confirmation applies.
