What does a company video cost?

Published · André Lopo

By a company video I mean a brand film here: a production for companies with a real marketing budget, for a homepage, LinkedIn campaigns, recruitment, events or presentations. Below you'll find the guide prices for 2027, what's included and what the price depends on.

Guide prices 2027

A brand film of 1 to 2 minutes starts at about €1,050 (€1,270.50 incl. btw). A longer film of 2 to 5 minutes, with interviews, starts at about €1,800 (€2,178 incl. btw). Depending on what you need, it can also be more.

These are guide prices for 2027, excluding travel. Every project is different, so you always get a quote tailored to your project.

What's included in a brand film

  • Concept and script
  • Direction on the day
  • Editing
  • Colour grading
  • Sound design and subtitles
  • For the 2 to 5 minute film: interviews and light motion graphics
  • 2 feedback rounds

Two examples

A 1 to 2 minute film for your homepage or LinkedIn: short and strong, with a script that shows in a few sentences who you are and what you do.

A 2 to 5 minute film with interviews: people from your company tell in their own words what you stand for, with shots of the work itself and light motion graphics.

Looking for something smaller?

If you're a small business, like a personal trainer, a gym or a local brand, a promo video may fit better: a short, simple video of 30 to 45 seconds for social media, your website and LinkedIn, from about €400 (€484 incl. btw). See all guide prices for 2027.

Why guide prices, not a fixed price

"A company video" can mean many things. A short film for LinkedIn and a longer film with several interviews are both company videos, but they ask for very different amounts of work. That's why I work with guide prices: they give you a good idea, and the quote makes it exact.

Time on location

A big factor is how long I'm filming. A short interview takes a few hours, a film with several people and locations can take one or more shoot days. Every extra location adds time for travel, setting up light and sound, and packing up again.

What you get delivered

The number of versions matters: a long version for your website, short cuts for social media, and the formats you need, like 16:9 for YouTube and 9:16 for Instagram and TikTok. Every extra version means extra editing time.

Extras

  • Drone shots, if the location allows it.
  • Photos from the same shoot.
  • Raw footage.
  • An extra feedback round.

Getting more out of your budget

Combine video and photos on one shoot day, so you don't need a separate photoshoot. And if you also want short videos for social media, film them on the same day: once the set is ready, an extra video takes relatively little time.

What helps me give you a clear quote

Tell me what the film is for, who should see it and where it will be shown: on your website, on LinkedIn, on a screen at an event. Mention a date or deadline if you have one, and whether you also need photos. If you're not sure yet, that's fine too: we work it out together in the first conversation.
