This website collects as little as possible. Here is exactly what happens with your data, in plain words.
01Who I am
This website belongs to Lopo Visuals (André Lopo), Rotterdam, KvK 93734573, info@lopovisuals.com. I am responsible for your data.
02What I collect
When you request a quote: your name, company, email address, phone number, the service, date and budget you choose, and your message. Your name, email address, the service and your message are required; the rest is optional.
When you email, call or send me a WhatsApp message: whatever you send me.
03Why
Only to answer you, make you an offer and, if we work together, run the project and the invoicing. I never sell your data or use it for advertising.
04Who else handles it
The quote form is sent to my inbox by email through Resend. My email runs on Google Workspace. The website is hosted by Cloudflare.
To stop spam, the website briefly remembers the IP address of whoever sends the form, for at most 10 minutes, and then forgets it.
05Cookies and statistics
This website uses no cookies. To see how the site is used, I count visits with Umami: which pages are viewed, and how often someone sends the quote form or clicks my email address or WhatsApp. Umami does this without cookies and without storing your IP address, so it can't tell who you are, and there's nothing to accept.
The videos are hosted on the site itself, not on YouTube or Vimeo.
06How long I keep it
If a quote request doesn't lead to a project, I delete your details within 12 months. Invoices and the details on them are kept for 7 years, as Dutch tax law requires.
07Your rights
You can ask me to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how I use it. Email info@lopovisuals.com and I'll answer within a month. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
