An aftermovie shows the energy of your event long after the last guest has gone home. Here's what an aftermovie costs and what the price depends on.
Guide price 2027
An aftermovie or event video starts at about €825 (€998.25 incl. btw). How long I film, and whether you want photos or a short social edit, decides where you end up. It can also be more.
These are guide prices for 2027, excluding travel. Every project is different, so you always get a quote tailored to your project.
What the price depends on
- How many hours I film: from the walk-in to the drinks, or only the main programme.
- Event photos: a photo package of 15, 30 or 50 photos.
- A short social edit: a vertical cut of the aftermovie for Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Interviews on the day, with guests, speakers or your team.
- A drone, if the location allows it.
Tip: a thank-you video on the same day
Plan a quick thank-you video from the CEO or the organiser on the same day. I'm already there with camera, light and sound, and you have something to send your guests right after the event.
Feedback and delivery
Event videos include 2 feedback rounds. You get the photos within 1 to 2 weeks and the video within 2 to 4 weeks.
