The brief
LieverFit and Lievermama are two separate brands from the same business. Each needed its own video to post online.
The approach
One film per brand, each in its own look: LieverFit in the gym with the trainers, Lievermama in a calm, light home setting with mothers.
The result
The films went online, and the LieverFit film also ran on the screens in Albert Heijn stores in Rotterdam.
LieverFit is a personal training business with a team of four to five trainers. They offer personal training, nutrition advice, duo training, their own app, and measuring and tracking your progress.
Lievermama is from the same business, for mothers. Workouts, nutrition lessons and mindfulness, designed for women who want to feel stronger and more energetic: "It's Mom(Me) time!"
